What You Will Do

• Advise clients on mortgage programs that align with their financial goals.
• Take complete applications, explain loan terms clearly, and guide borrowers through the process with confidence.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with the tools and resources provided.
• Represent Simplend Mortgage with professionalism and client first service.

What You Bring

• An active NMLS license, or eligibility to be licensed without retaking SAFE.
• At least one year of mortgage origination or sales experience.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and focus on client service.
• A growth oriented mindset and drive to succeed
